we really want to say what the surprise is… but surprising guests is our love language lol so we’re keeping things under wraps. could be something great, could be awful … only one way to find out x

saturday 6th of June – surfs up & local experience

start the day with a healthy breakfast before heading to the beach for your second surf lesson. grab lunch and take the afternoon to practice your surf, relax by the pool or wallow in the sea at the beach

then…we’ll be heading into Lisbon with some of our local friends to celebrate the legendary festas dos santos populares in the city

think: street parties, delicious market food and live music for a full immersion into portugese culture.

sunday 7th of June – sunday funday…

start the day with a healthy breakfast before heading to the beach for your first surf lesson. grab lunch from the camp and spend the afternoon either relaxing by the pool, practicing your surf or watching the pro’s…

for the evening we’ll be throwing a beach party with a DJ, delicious food and drinks, all with a beautiful sunset view

monday 8th June – journey home

one final team breakfast, then check out is at 11am and the trip is officially finito

Each spot on the trip is £715 split into a £250 deposit to secure your place, with the remaining balance due by 18th of May.

• flights to lisbon (currently £60)
• the train or an uber from Lisbon airport to the house (around 30 mins in a car)
• some drinks depending on your preference
• one street food dinner on saturday (our local friends estimate 10euros to eat very well x)

neither do any of our team, we’ll be learning with you. none of us are very co-ordinated and we will likely be eating a lot of salt water x

the instructors in the surfcamp classes are pro’s at teaching complete beginners, advanced level and everyone inbetween!

of 80 guests on the ski trip, 4 people came in pairs, the rest came solo. our solo attendee rate at events is 94% and everyone has golden retriever energy. every part of this trip to portugal is designed with solo travellers in mind!

our average event attendee age is 33 and it was the same on the ski trip, the range was 26 to 45. we didn’t once hear anyone ask anyone elses age, no one cares xxx

lisbon airport, then camp is easily accessible by public transport or a 30 minute uber

the surfcamp has good wifi and are used to hosting remote workers. we are happy to take turns moving your mouse so your teams status stays active on thursday evening x

if you can’t get any time off or remote work we 100% recommend grabbing a flight Friday evening and joining us for the weekend, we’ve deliberately planned two very fun evenings and you’d still get plenty of time to surf.

much like the ski trip, we aren’t monitoring this. this is not love island or an intense dating holiday, it’s designed for likeminded single people, who want to have a holiday and make connections in an environment free from pressure. for the ski trip we had 20 something guys and the rest women, and many connections of all kinds got made.

we also got a lot of very positive feedback that people felt comfortable booking the trip because of how many times we yapped on about it not being a pressure free summer beach holiday, designed for fun experiences and connections rather than intense dating.

if your sole purpose of booking is to date we 10/10 recommend booking one of our events instead where we actively matchmake people with things in common. if you’re interested in meeting fun new people, who also happen to be single, this trip is perfect for you!

you’ll be in a shared room with people who are your gender and of a similar age group. rooms are clean, comfy, thoughtfully designed and each have their own bathroom.
